How are monthly call minutes tracked?

Minutes are based on the aggregate length of connections to your MyLEad numbers (both agent discussions and transfer redirects). We do not count failed or disconnected line requests.

Can I forward calls from my existing office number?

Yes, absolutely! You can configure call forwarding settings in your existing phone provider dashboard (e.g. RingCentral, Comcast, or Verizon) to route to the toll-free number MyLEad provisions for you.

Are there charges for Anthropic Claude AI API requests?

No. Process processing costs and natural speech generation limits are fully covered under the flat monthly plan subscription.

What happens if I exceed my plan's minute limit?

We send email notices when you reach 80% and 95% usage. Overages are billed at a simple $0.05/minute flat rate, or you can choose to upgrade your plan at any point in the billing cycle.
